This update applies when the diary is set to show unconfirmed appointments
For more information, see step 3 below

The method for quick identification of an unconfirmed appointment in the diary has been updated to make it more apparent when an appointment is unconfirmed

1. Unconfirmed appointments in diary

From main menu:

  • Click Diary

  • Unconfirmed appointments are displayed with a diagonal stripe on the attendee bar
    In this example:

    • the first and second appointments are unconfirmed

    • the third and fourth appointments are confirmed

2. Diary settings - change location of attendee bar

In the example shown above, the attendee bar is set to show at the left of an appointment, this bar can be shown across the top of the appointment instead

From diary:

  • Click Settings (cog) icon

  • Select Appearance options and click Show on top

  • The attendee bar is now shown at the top of the appointment

    • An unconfirmed appointment is displayed as shown below (on the first and second appointments)

Changes to diary settings are automatically saved and apply to the logged in user only

3. Diary settings - show unconfirmed appointments

If your diary does not show unconfirmed appointments, this can be changed via diary settings

From diary:

  • Click Settings (cog) icon and ensure Show only confirmed is deselected (as shown below)

When Show only confirmed is not selected, both confirmed and unconfirmed appointments are displayed in the diary
