This page outlines how to use Keywords when matching

You cannot manually enter your own keywords into the system; your key contact can request that they are added on the system via this form

Keywords are useful for identifying such properties as investments. Investments are not set as a predefined property attribute in Reapit; Attributes are used purely for definitive classifications or identification.

1. Select your keyword

 From an applicant record

From the applicant record:

  • In the Requirements section, click the pencil icon to edit

  • In the field at the top, select or enter your keyword
 From a property record

From the property record:

  • In the Attributes section, click the pencil icon to edit

  • Click Keywords & Charges at the top of the screen
  • In the Keywords section, select or enter the required keywords

2. Matching

  • When matching, ensure you have the Keywords option ticked in the matching criteria screen

  • If a property and applicant have the same Keyword and the other criteria also correspond, the applicant and property will match
