Mark an appointment as a virtual appointment

Any appointment added in the diary can be marked as a virtual appointment

While this feature lends itself to logging virtual viewings, the Virtual tick box is available for any type of appointment

From the diary appointment screen:

Select the required appointment type and tick Virtual to the right of it

Providing Viewing has been selected as the Entry Type, marking virtual viewings in this way means that viewings will still be classed as a standard viewing in the property/applicant journals and any subsequent reports
