The Reapit Online self-service portal (or tracker) allows a landlord, tenant, vendor or prospective buyer to access a website in order to view real-time information about their properties or those they have shown interest in
This article outlines how your clients can use the self-service portal

1. Logging in to the portal An email needs to be sent to the client (from the agent) containing a link to the portal
Where required, login credentials can be resent by the agent | |
2. Home screen The tracker home page is displayed, showing the options that apply
If only one tracker is applicable (e.g. Selling), the home page for that tracker will be shown directly instead |
