New UI round-up: v12.147

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

As part of the new user interface (UI) project, the following screens have been redesigned in 12.147 to bring them in line with previously redesigned screens

For all screens outlined here, all existing functionality exists but with a refreshed look and feel

Sales progress (standard)

The standard sales progress screen now uses the new UI format - the Advanced Sales Progress screen will be updated in future releases

From a sales property:

Click Offers then, from the Options panel, click Sales Progress
The screen displayed uses the new UI format

Add reference/guarantor

The reference & guarantor screens now use the new UI format

From lettings applicant references/guarantors screen or tenant screen:

Double-click a Reference or Guarantor
The screen displayed uses the new UI format

Manage units (developments)

The development report criteria screen now uses the new UI format

From the main menu:

Click Properties and select Developments and Land Sites
Select the required Site Master and click Manage Units
The screen displayed uses the new UI format
