This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

As part of the new user interface (UI) project, the following screens have been redesigned in 12.159 to bring them in line with previously redesigned screens

1. Letter Template Editor

The Letter Template Editor, used to create letter templates and generate merge codes, now uses the new UI format - all existing functionality exists but with a refreshed look and feel

From main menu:

  • Click Name/Office (at top), then click Tools and select Letter Template Editor

  • The screen uses the new UI format

2. Add appliance

The Add Appliance screen, used to log appliances in a lettings property or an estate (within block management), now uses the new UI format - all existing functionality exists but with a refreshed look and feel

From lettings property attributes or block management estate:

  • Click Appliances then click to add an appliance

  • A configuration setting has also been added to allow a pre-configured list of appliance types to be made available across the system
    The list content is dependent on company requirements and needs to be configured by via Reapit Support - click here to request this
