Various updates have been made to the tenancy renewal negotiation screen:

Tenancy type & role displayed

  • The Tenancy Details panel (bottom right) displays the tenancy Type and Role

All tenant names displayed along with reference/guarantor information

  • All tenant names are displayed (previously just the main tenant name was shown) - hovering over the link displays all names

  • An indication of whether each tenant has a reference [R] and/or guarantor [G] is displayed

Access to tenant & occupier details

When viewing the renewal negotiation screen from the tenancy, where there is more than one tenant/occupier:

  • Clicking the tenant name(s) displays a list of all tenants and occupiers

  • An orange icon beside a name indicates a tenant, a grey icon indicates an occupier

  • Double click a name in the list to view the tenant or occupier details screen

When the tenancy has only one tenant, clicking the tenant name displays the tenant screen

Viewing renewal negotiation screen from Organiser - shortcut options

When viewing the renewal negotiation from the Organiser (Property Management panel):

  • Clicking the tenant name(s) link provides a shortcut to the view the tenancy screen or the tenant/occupier details - as seen above
