Vendor/landlord - submit request to update price on MyAgency app

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

A vendor or landlord can use the MyAgency app to send a request to update the current marketing price of their property

When submitted, an email and a task is sent (in Reapit) to the property Key Contact to action the request

To do this, the vendor/landlord needs to access their owner view first - as outlined here:

1. Access update price option

From owner view:

  • Under the relevant property picture, click Update Price

2. Enter update price request detail

From the Update Price screen:

  • Enter new price in the field at the top

  • Enter any notes in the field below

  • Click Update to submit the request

    A confirmation message will be displayed

 

3. Update price request task & email sent

  • An email is sent to the property Key Contact

In Reapit:

  • The property Key Contact receives a task

  • The landlord and property details are pulled across including details of the update price request & any added notes

  • The task can be updated and saved or, when relevant, Mark as Completed
