Vendor/landlord - sales/lettings campaign data on the MyAgency app

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

A vendor or landlord can use the MyAgency app to access campaign data for their properties - this includes information on the number of matches, viewings & offers for each property

To do this, the vendor/landlord needs to access their owner view first - as outlined here:

1. Access campaign data

From owner view:

  • Under the relevant property picture, campaign data is shown

2. Access detailed campaign data

From campaign data panel:

  • Click View Campaign

    • For a lettings property - see step 3

    • For a sales property - see step 4

3. Lettings property campaign detail

  • A summary of how long the property has been marketed for is shown at the bottom of the main photo

  • Data can be filtered using the Lifetime, Last 30 days or Last 7 days options

  • Click Offers Submitted to skip to the Tenancy Offers screen

  • Click Viewings to skip to the Appointments screen

  • Agent contact name/details are also shown at the bottom of this screen

4. Sales property campaign detail

  • A summary of how long the property has been marketed for is shown at the bottom of the main photo

  • Agent contact name/details are also shown below this data

  • Data can be filtered using the Lifetime, Last 30 days or Last 7 days options

  • Click List of Offers to skip to the Buyer Offers screen

  • Click Viewings to skip to the Appointments screen

Charts below this allow trends to be identified:

  • Interest Levels: shows a breakdown of the applicant status grading of the applicants who have viewed the property

  • Enquiry Sources: from the applicants who have viewed the property, shows the reason they are registered as an applicant on your database

  • Viewing Feedback: shows a breakdown of applicant feedback gathered, organised by feedback type, following the viewings on the property
