Unlock a user account (IRE / Reapit Bookings)

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

If a user has become locked out of the IRE / Reapit Bookings system, a user with administration access is able to unlock their account via the manage users screen

The same screen (manage users) also allows a user’s password to be reset - as shown below

From dashboard menu (on left):

  • Click Settings, select Admin then click Manage Users

  • Select relevant user on left and click Undo Lockout

  • Click OK to confirm

The manage users screen also allows the user’s password to be reset - click Reset User Password to action
The Reset Password & Prevent Reuse option should only be used if the account is no longer in use
