After clicking ‘Create tenancy in PayProp’ you will be taken to Step 1. To add the property details you can either choose a pre-existing property in PayProp or create a new one. To use an existing property, select it in the drop-down menu or type the name of the property in the box and the app will search your PayProp account. Once you find the correct property, click on it and then click the blue button at the bottom titled ‘Select property in PayProp’.

Create a property

If this property doesn’t already exist in PayProp, you can click the 'Create new property' button at the top of the page. This will open a new form allowing you to enter the property details.

Property name *	The name of the property you will be managing. This will automatically populate with the first line of the property address.
Address	The address of the property.
Minimum balance	The minimum balance you specify should always be available in the Property account. When payments are made using received funds, this balance will be topped up first prior to settlement of the remaining portion to the owner/landlord. Should funds be used from the Property account, PayProp will upon receipt of the next payment automatically top up the funds again to the set value.

Please note: Greyed-out fields can only be changed in Reapit by closing the app. Blank fields or incorrect information may cause errors.

Once you have entered all your information correctly, click ‘Create property in PayProp’. The data will now be created in your PayProp account, and you will be redirected to Step 2.
