New UI - contact suggester

The contact suggester, seen when adding a new applicant or vendor, has been redesigned to bring it in line with previously redesigned screens

When adding a new vendor (or applicant), after entering contact details (e.g. surname):

The contact suggester screen is displayed:
- The screen displayed uses the new UI format
- All existing functionality remains but with a refreshed look and feel

Select a contact and click Show contact activity to expand the bottom panel where more information about the selected contact is shown

This screen is also shown when adding a new applicant
