To enhance system performance when loading Organiser panels and categories, shared properties will no longer be included in Organiser lists - which office’s properties are shown on the Organiser panels is determined by the office scope (i.e. usually via the Offices to include setting on the Organiser panel setup)

The Offices to include setting on the Organiser panel/category determines which office’s properties are shown on that panel/category - when a panel is set to show data for just one office, only properties with that office as the main office will be shown, properties that are shared with that office (where the property has a different main office) will not be shown

Adding further offices to the Offices to include field in Panel Setup, will result in more properties being shown in the Organiser lists, where security settings allow

For example - an Organiser panel may be set to show data from one office

From Panel Setup:

  • The Offices to include field is set to only show data from the London office

  • This results in all properties shown in this panel having London as the main office, any properties that have London as an additional/shared office are not shown

Adding further offices to the Offices to include field in Panel Setup (shown above), will result in more properties being shown in the Organiser lists, where security settings allow
