When a landlord lives overseas, a checkbox on the landlord record can be used to indicate this - reports can then be run where overseas landlords can be identified
This update, available from version 12.171+, provides a method to clearly identify an overseas landlord, rather than assuming that an NRL reference being entered indicates that the landlord is overseas (which might not always be the case)
1. Marking a landlord as overseas From landlord: |
2. Report on overseas landlords Click Power Reports: Select Landlord report type Or add a report sub-category of Landlord to another report type (e.g. property report) Select Overseas To include overseas landlords, select is true - to discount them, select is false
View overseas landlord information in landlord report grids From a report or organiser grid: Right-click over the column headings, select Pick columns and click Overseas The new column is added to the far right side of the grid - click and drag the column heading to the desired position Right-click over the column headings again and click Save grid layout The column will show when using this type of grid again - grid functions can be used to sort, group or filter the list To sort the list, click the column heading To group or filter the list, click to the right of the column heading to view filter icon (shown below), click icon and select required option to filter by (No/Yes) or click Group by Overseas
