System performance - Landlord Payment Run
Accounts users will see an improvement in the speed of loading the Landlord Payment Run
Archive applicants in bulk via Power Report - configuration option
Configuration option which allows authorised users to archive applicants in bulk via Power Reports, meaning that housekeeping activities can be carried out in-house without needing to involve Reapit Support
Save report results grid to a specific Power Report
A report results grid can be saved to a specific Power Report, allowing grid columns/layouts to be created and saved to a report they are relevant for without altering the layout used for other reports
Sales & lettings/rentals content
Add sales administrator relationship on a sales property
A sales property can have a named sales administrator added on the property record as a relationship - the sales administrator name can then be seen in Organiser/report grids and also reported on
Hide house numbers from view - configuration option
A configuration option is available which will hide house numbers from view, allowing full property details to be displayed (where permitted) with just the house number being concealed
Certificate status displayed in Organiser & report results grids - configuration option
When using certificate status functionality, a certificate status column can be added to a lettings property grid
Generate documents using Acrobat Sign integration via tenant change wizard - configuration option
When there is a change of tenants during a tenancy and the tenant change wizard is being used to make the updates, a document can be generated using the Acrobat Sign integration - ensuring that all incoming, remaining or exiting tenants are able to sign correctly
Completion status & payment method can be entered on property - configuration option (Dubai only)
Dubai clients can add completion status and payment method information to property attributes
