The process for sending PDF letters via email, updated and enhanced in AgencyCloud 12.167, now allows pre-saved letters to be attached to the email along with the already selected PDF

Update to sending letters as PDF via email (12.167)
1. Email a letter as a PDF Along with the letter you have just selected to send as a PDF via email - further pre-saved letters/files can also be attached to the email using the screen shown below After choosing to email a letter as a PDF - in Attachments panel:
