This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to the following regions: UK, APAC, UAE

A field has been added to the Management tab of the tenancy record to log the date notice has been given along with an option to indicate which party who has issued this (i.e. tenant/landlord)

Once saved, this information cannot be changed (unless you have Super User permissions) and is automatically logged as a Tenancy Note


1. Enter notice received information

From the tenancy: 

  • Click Management tab
  • In the Notice received field, enter the date notice was given

  • To the right of this, indicate whether the Tenant or Landlord has given notice

Once entered and the tenancy record saved, these fields will become non-editable and cannot be changed

2. Tenancy Notes

The Notice received date and Party issuing notice are automatically logged in the Activity Feed as two separate entries
