Report on advanced custom sales progress milestones
Advanced custom milestones can be reported on and milestone related reports can be added to panels on the Organiser
Prompt to upload to property portals when changes made (UK only)
When specific options on a property record are updated, a prompt is displayed to ask the user if they want to update their relevant property marketing portals - this update applies to customers using real time data feed (RTDF) to upload to property marketing portals
Option to copy all buyers when duplicating a previously sold property
When duplicating a previously sold property, an option to copy all the buyers across to the new property record as vendors will be offered
Set rent frequency to traditional English quarter dates - configuration option
Configuration option which allows for rent to be collected using traditional English quarter dates - when enabled, it is set up on the tenancy as the rent collection frequency, it can also be set up for the collection of letting fees and/or management fees
Set an overall status for pre-tenancy check process - configuration option
Configuration option which allows an overall status to be set for pre-tenancy checks - the status options available can be set-up to meet your business requirements
Edit tenancy agreement template text - configuration option
Configuration option which allows all template text for break clauses, allowances, responsibilities and renewal options to be edited on a tenancy-by-tenancy basis
Automatically email final inspection report after upload - configuration option
When a system is configured to allow draft and final property inspection report documents to be uploaded to a property inspection appointment and also when configured to generate an email to the landlord when the final report is uploaded - a further configuration option is available which will automatically send the email to the landlord

View/filter landlord arrears by tenancy status & tenancy role
When viewing details of landlords in arrears, updates have been made to easily view and filter by tenancy status and tenancy role
