Available from version 12.189
Following updates carried out in version 12.181 & 12.185 to allow detailed property information to be logged to cover parking plus the addition of a new property attributes tab to log utilities and additional information, further enhancements have been made
Some tick box options are now drop-down menus
Within the Utilities & Additional Information tab of property attributes, some entries that were previously set using a tick box to indicate a Yes or No answer, now use a drop-down menu option, which defaults to Not set
These changes have been made due to portals not being able to recognise an unticked box as a ‘no’ answer - the introduction of a drop-down menu allows this to be explicitly set
Additional options added to comply with Zoopla updates
Within the Utilities & Additional Information tab of property attributes, the ability to select Cable as a broadband option has been added, plus some utility options can be set to Other
The parking option on the Attributes tab can also be set to Other
These changes have been made to ensure compatibility with the updates made by Zoopla to support how they present Material Information Parts B & C (Reapit is already compatible with Rightmove)
All changes outlined above are explained further below
1. Access property attributes From property (sales or lettings):
|
2. Some tick box options are now drop-down menus On Utilities & Additional Information tab, Rights & Restrictions and Flood & Erosion Risk panels:
Portals are not able to recognise an unticked box as a ‘no’ answer - therefore using a drop-down menu instead allows this to be explicitly set when required |
3. Additional options added to comply with Zoopla updates On Attributes tab:
On Utilities & Additional Information tab, Utilities panel:
All options offered in this screen are standard/not configurable and are in accordance with third party portal guidelines for Material Information standards |
The parking option in property attributes plus the Utilities & Additional Information tab was added to allow required information to be logged in accordance with guidelines set by the National Trading Standards Estate and Lettings Team for Material Information standards
