Sales & lettings/rentals content
Further updates to utilities & additional property information in property attribute screen
Sales Daily Report enhancement to show data behind number of matches & details sent
Further to the addition in version 12.171 where the Sales Daily report was updated to show the number of matches and details sent, it is now possible to view the data behind this in the report
Report on tenancy renewals/extensions & alterations
Reports can be generated for tenancy renewals/extensions and alterations - reports can be run via Power Reports and the Organiser
Report on permitted occupiers on a tenancy
Permitted occupiers can be reported on via a contact report - this enhancement allows necessary reports to be run involving permitted occupiers - for example, to ensure all permitted occupiers have a valid Right to Rent check
Update to label on lettings property
On a lettings property, the field which indicates the name of the person who carried out the market appraisal/valuation on a property has been updated to ensure consistency and better understanding
Accounts content*
Instructions panel on supplier invoice shows landlord, property & invoicing works order notes
Landlord, property and invoicing works order notes can be viewed on a works order supplier invoice
View contractor bank details from supplier invoice
Contractor bank details can be viewed from the supplier invoice - hovering over the contractor details on the invoice will display the contractor’s bank name and location, plus the last 4 digits of the account number
Configuration update to provide individual settings for viewing landlord & tenant bank details
Configuration settings for viewing landlord and tenant bank details have been updated to allow separate settings for viewing landlords and tenants, meaning that a user can now be set up to view landlord bank details, but not tenant bank details (and vice versa)
Credit note date, when raised against future unpaid invoice, matches invoice date - configuration option
Rent guarantee generated income included when calculating tax liability
Along with standard rent income transactions for a landlord marked as tax-deductible, rent guarantee generated income transactions are taken into consideration when calculating tax liability
New user interface (UI) updates
New UI - setup referrals/leads screen
As part of the on-going new user interface (UI) project, the Setup Referrals/Leads screen has been redesigned to bring it in line with previously redesigned screens
Configuration options are available to Enterprise customers only
