1. Listing

If a potential buyer/tenant using the app chooses to ‘favourite’ a listed property, a task is sent to the property manager to inform them

The task is received in the Messages & Tasks screen in Reapit, identifying that a property has been favourited, including the app user’s details

Double-click to view the task in more detail and Mark as Completed, as usual

Favouriting a property is done via the Listing section of the app
A user clicks the star below the property image which adds the property to their shortlist
This is then shown on the My Search section of the user’s home page

2. Listing

MyAgency configuration can be used to remove the property manager name from the listing screen

When enabled, the property manager name shown top right of the property listing will not be displayed (but the image will still be shown), as shown in the example

To request this configuration, click here to contact Reapit Support

3. Offers

MyAgency configuration can be used to hide the client name(s) on property/tenancy offers shown in the MyAgency app

When enabled, the names shown below would not be seen, just the offer amount plus offer options/status

This also applies when viewing offers on a sales property (i.e. buyer offers)
