The Office refer from criteria option in Power Reports allows a list of potential vendors to be generated
This criteria uses the referral postcodes (already set up) for each office and returns applicants with matching postcodes that are registered in other offices
This criteria option is also available for property records but is more likely to be used for applicant reports to locate applicants who are potential clients
For example, the London office can run a report to see how many applicants are registered in other offices where the applicant has a postcode within London’s selling patch
This example will be used below
1. Access Power Reports & select report type From the main menu:

2. Select criteria option

3. Select required office The 'refer from' postcodes for each office (as set in configuration), are used to determine which applicants are returned in the report
| For example, if choosing to report on London, applicants with London postcodes* will be returned that are registered at other offices |
4. Report results The report results are shown in grid

5. Other criteria to add Before running the report, further criteria options can be added to narrow the results returned One or more of these options could be used:
