1. Access renew option

From tenant view:

  • Click Renew Tenancy

2. Enter renewal request detail

From the Renew Tenancy screen:

  • Can set to 6 Months or 12 Months

  • Enter any notes in the field below

  • Click Save to submit the request

    A confirmation message will be displayed

3. Renewal task sent

In AgencyCloud:

  • The tenancy Key Contact receives the task

  • The tenancy details are pulled across including the length of the request & any added notes

  • The task can be updated and saved or, when relevant, Mark as Completed
