If a landlord is currently a joint landlord on a property but now needs to be the sole landlord on a new property, how do I set this up?

When someone is a joint landlord but now has a property where they are the main/sole landlord, a new landlord record needs to be created with them as the main landlord - to avoid duplicate records being created - follow the process outlined in this guide to add the new landlord record
