A client tenant can request to renew their tenancy via the Consumer Portal MyAgency app by 6 or 12 months

When submitted, an email and a task is sent in AgencyCloud (via Reapit) to the tenancy Key Contact to action the request

Tip

To request to renew a tenancydo this, the client tenant needs to access their tenant view first - as outlined here:

1. Access renew option

From tenant view:

  • Click Renew Tenancy

2. Enter renewal request detail

From the Renew Tenancy screen:

  • Can set to 6 Months or 12 Months

  • Enter any notes in the field below

  • Click Save to submit the request

    A confirmation message will be displayed

3. Renewal task & email sent

In AgencyCloud

From Reapit:

  • The tenancy Key Contact receives an email and a task

  • In the task, the tenancy details are pulled across including the length of the request & any added notes

  • The task can be updated and saved or, when relevant, Mark as Completed
