An option is available which allow you to view just current (i.e. not expired) certificates in the list shown via property AttributesFor more information on certificates, click herethe attributes screen on a lettings property
From property Attributesattributes, Appliances, Insurance & Safety tab: In the Safety Checks, Certificates, Insurance & Warranties panel, tick Current Certificates Only box  Image RemovedAll expired certificates will be removed from the list
