View current certificates only

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

An option is available which allow you to view just current (i.e. not expired) certificates in the list shown via the attributes screen on a lettings property

From property attributes, Appliances, Insurance & Safety tab:

  • In the Safety Checks, Certificates, Insurance & Warranties panel, tick Current Certificates Only box

  • All expired certificates will be removed from the list
