From AgencyCloud version 12.144+, the chase arrears screen allows individual arrears items to be chased

Previously, the only option was to chase arrears in bulk

From the main menu:

Click Lettings/Rentals and select Chase Arrears
Image Modified
Use the All Arrears option to filter the screen, as required
Select relevant arrears in the main panel
In the panel at the bottom, right-click the individual arrears item to chase and select Print

As usual, select the method for chasing the arrears, then click Proceed
