Chase individual arrears items (rather than bulk)

From version 12.144+, the chase arrears screen allows individual arrears items to be chased

Previously, the only option was to chase arrears in bulk

From the main menu:

  • Click Lettings/Rentals and select Chase Arrears

  • Use the All Arrears option to filter the screen, as required

  • Select relevant arrears in the main panel

  • In the panel at the bottom, right-click the individual arrears item to chase and select Print

  • As usual, select the method for chasing the arrears, then click Proceed
