1. Access dashboard

From Organiser panel:

  • Right-click Under Offer Dashboard and click Full results

Tip

To view the dashboard immediately with a single (left) click, see previous section for details on the configuration setting titled: Do not preview results
When this option is ticked, then the dashboard will appear with a single left click

2. Dashboard content

The Under Offer dashboard contains information applicable to sales progression for properties shown in 18 default columns (explained below)

Double-clicking an entry in the dashboard displays the Sales Progress screen for the selected property (usually accessed via the Sales Progress link on the property offers screen)

The following information can be seen for each property shown on the dashboard:

  • Sales Progressor: Sales Progressor name, taken from the property Relationships panel

  • Status: current status of the property

  • Review Date: taken from Review Date field on property offers screen

  • Property: property address

  • Vendor: primary vendor name, as entered on property vendor screen

  • Vendor Solicitor: solicitor company name,as set on property offers screen

  • Purchaser: primary purchaser name, as entered on applicant screen

  • Purchaser Solicitor: solicitor company name, as set on property offers screen

  • Valuer: taken from property Financial screen, Market Appraisal By field

  • Offer Negotiator: taken from Negotiator field on property offers screen

  • Sale Amount: taken from Amount field on property offers screen

  • Agent Fee: fixed fee taken from property Commission field
    Or, when Commission is set to be a percentage, fee calculated using percentage rate set on property Commission field and the offer Amount on the property offers screen

  • Accepted Offer Date: taken from Date field bottom left of property offers screen

  • Exchange Due: taken from Exchange Due field on property offers screen
    This can also be set on the Memorandum of Sale screen

  • Completion Expected: taken from Completion Expected field on Memorandum of Sale screen

  • Milestone Status: indication of how many milestones have been completed so far, calculated as a percentage - applicable when using custom/advanced milestone status options, as outlined here:

  • Invoiced Amount: total amount invoiced to date

  • Paid Amount: total amount paid to date

3. Add sales progress note, access property/offer details & contact relevant parties

Right-click over a property in the dashboard for options to:

  • Right-click over any area of any property for the option to Add note

  • Enter note and click Accept
    Note is added to Sales Progress screen Activity Feed panel

Access property/offer details

  • Right-click over any area of any property for the option to View property and View offer

    • View property displays the associated property record

    • View offer displays the associated property record with the Offer screen displayed on top
      To return to the Under Offer Dashboard, exit from the offer/property screens
      Or, if only viewing the property record, click Organiser to return to the dashboard

Email/call/SMS contact (where applicable)

  • Right-click over Vendor, Vendor Solicitor, Purchaser or Purchaser Solicitor

  • Options to Send e-mail, Dial Number or Send SMS message (text) are offered where applicable
    To email: an email address needs to be stored on the contact/company record
    To dial or send a text/SMS: relevant integration/configuration needs to be in place to dial or use SMS functionality - or, where SMS configuration is in place, a relevant number needs to be stored on the contact/company record

4. Using the dashboard grid, applying filters & saving

Grid columns can be moved for the duration of the screen being open but changes to the dashboard layout cannot be saved
When closing and re-opening, the dashboard layout will return to its default layout

Some grid functions are available, including:

  • Click column heading to sort by that column

  • Right-click over column headings for options to change currency shown or column sizing

  • Click to the right of the column heading for filter options via the filter icon (shown below)

    • Depending on the column clicked, options to filter using text or dates is offered
      Or, as shown for Offer Negotiator below, options to group/filter by user may be offered

Save a dashboard filter

Once applied, a dashboard filter can be saved
For example, to display just the properties you are working with, you could filter by Sales Progressor and save this filter, or you may want to just view offers with a review date period

After applying a filter to the dashboard:

  • In this example, the dashboard has been filtered by Review Date

  • Right-click over column headings and select Save current filters

  • When the dashboard is closed and re-opened, a prompt will be displayed

  • To keep the saved filters, click Yes
    The dashboard is displayed with the filters applied

Tip

To remove the applied filters, either click No to the prompt - or, once applied - click red cross icon at the bottom left of the screen or right-click column headings again and select Clear filters
