An enhanced dashboard to view and work with under offer (or SSTC) properties is available via the Organiser
This new dashboard has been designed to provide better efficiency for a sales progressor to access the information they require quickly and with fewer clicks

Add dashboard to Organiser panel
The Under Offer Dashboard first needs to be added to the Overview / To Do panel on the Organiser
1. Add dashboard From Organiser:
To find out which properties are shown in the dashboard - while in Panel Setup:
The original Under Offer category is also still available By default, the Under Offer option shows the same properties as the Under Offer Dashboard but via a standard property grid which doesn’t offer the same benefits for the sale progressor as the dashboard (as outlined in the next section titled: How to use the Under Offer Dashboard) |
2. Change dashboard configuration How the dashboard option is displayed and ordered can be changed From Panel Setup:
The Edit Category screen is displayed allowing the configuration of the dashboard to be changed:

3. Change dashboard content Which properties are included in the Under Offer Dashboard can be configured From Edit Category screen, shown above:

How to use the Under Offer Dashboard
1. Access dashboard From Organiser panel:
To view the dashboard immediately with a single (left) click, see previous section for details on the configuration setting titled: Do not preview results |
2. Dashboard content The Under Offer dashboard contains information applicable to sales progression for properties shown in 18 default columns (explained below) Double-clicking an entry in the dashboard displays the Sales Progress screen for the selected property (usually accessed via the Sales Progress link on the property offers screen) The following information can be seen for each property shown on the dashboard:

3. Add sales progress note & contact relevant parties Right-click over a property in the dashboard for options to: Add Sales Progress note
Email/call/SMS contact (where applicable)

4. Using the dashboard grid, applying filters & saving Grid columns can be moved for the duration of the screen being open but changes to the dashboard layout cannot be saved Some grid functions are available, including:
Save a dashboard filter Once applied, a dashboard filter can be saved After applying a filter to the dashboard:
To remove the applied filters, either click No to the prompt - or, once applied - click red cross icon at the bottom left of the screen or right-click column headings again and select Clear filters |
