Advanced custom sales progress milestones - configuration option

Advanced custom sales progress milestones can be added to the sales progress screen - this new milestone functionality provides a more advanced & customised checklist functionality, similar to other checklists available across the system

Report on advanced custom sales progress milestones

Advanced custom milestones can be reported on and milestone related reports can be added to panels on the Organiser

Under Offer Dashboard on Organiser for sales progression (sales only)

An enhanced dashboard to view and work with under offer (or SSTC) properties is available via the Organiser - this new dashboard has been designed to provide better efficiency for a sales progressor to access the information they require quickly and with fewer clicks

Purchaser details shown on sales property screen

When a sale is progressing on a property, the purchaser details will be shown on the main property screen

Set review date on an accepted offer to assist sales progression

To assist with sales progression, an offer review date can be set on a sales property with an accepted offer - the offer review date can be reported on and also displayed in offer report results grid

Add sales progressor relationship on a sales property

A sales property can have a named sales progressor added on the property record as a relationship - the sales progressor name can then be seen in Organiser/report grids and also reported on

Store mortgage offer expiry date

An applicant’s mortgage offer expiry date can be stored in the sales progress screen & reported on
