From AgencyCloud version 12.140+, a Tenancy Manager can be added as a relationship on a tenancy record

Where configured, a Tenancy Manager can be included in tenancy Power Reports and added to a tenancy grid list

1. Adding a Tenancy Manager

From the tenancy:

  • In the Relationships panel, click (plus)

  • Select Tenancy manager from the list
    Other options will be available if not previously added

    The Select Negotiator window is displayed

  • Tick the name of the relevant AgencyCloud user and click Select
    The Tenancy Manager is displayed in the Relationships panel

2. Including Tenancy Manager in reports / grids

Using Tenancy Manager in reports and seeing Tenancy Manager information in grids is dependent configuration - if you don’t see the options covered in this section, click here to contact Reapit Support

From Power Report screen:

  • Run a Tenancy Report, the option to filter by Tenancy Manager is displayed

  • Click Run Report (bottom right)

  • The report results grid will be shown

  • The Tenancy Manager column can be displayed in this grid
    If not displayed, right-click over the column headings, hover over Pick columns and click More, tick Tenancy Manager and click Accept
    Right-click over the column headings again and click Save grid layout

  • Clicking the column heading allows you to sort by Tenancy Manager

  • Clicking to the right of the heading allows you to group or filter the grid by Tenancy Manager
