Where configured, payments will always be reversed rather than deleted.

This is a configuration option which is setup by Reapit Support.


1. Reverse payment option

From the landlord:

  • Click Transactions
  • Right-click over the relevant payment and select Reverse payment



2. Reverse payment

  • Click Post
