New UI round-up: v12.144

A round-up of all screens that have been redesigned in 12.144 as part of the AgencyCloud new user interface (UI) project

Access to system configuration screens

An authorised user or user group can be given access to one/all of the following configuration areas to allow system maintenance to be carried out without needing to contact Reapit Support:

- *Allow user access to Setup Tenancy Checks screen - configuration option

- *Allow user access to Setup Referrals/Leads screen - configuration option

- *Allow user access to Setup Marketing Expenses screen - configuration option

Sales & lettings/rentals content

Find local potential vendors registered at other offices using Power Reports

The ‘office refer from’ criteria option in Power Reports allows a list of potential vendors to be generated

*Require document to be uploaded on selected checklist items - configuration option

Configuration option which requires a document to be uploaded in order to mark a checklist item as Completed

Accounts content**

View start/end dates for tenancy on arrears screen

The start and end dates for a tenancy in arrears are shown in the arrears screen to allow current tenancies to be more easily identified

Filter arrears to show non-rent arrears

A filter menu is available at the top of the arrears screen to allow the screen to display non-rent arrears, rent arrears or all arrears

Chase individual arrears items (rather than bulk)

The chase arrears screen allows individual arrears items to be chased

Set a referral fee on a supplier for a works order invoice - configuration option

A referral fee can be added to a supplier invoice - a default fee can also be entered against a supplier
