This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

As part of the new user interface (UI) project, the following screens have been redesigned in 12.144 to bring them in line with previously redesigned screens

For all screens outlined here, all existing functionality exists but with a refreshed look and feel

Memorandum of Sale

The Memorandum of Sale Details screen now uses the new UI format

From a property record:

  • Access Offers screen

  • Click Memorandum of sale

 

Chain

The Chain screen now uses the new UI format

From a property record:

  • Access Offers screen

  • Click Chain

 

Telephone/email search match

When a new contact is added, if your system is configured to carry out a phone/email duplicate check, after entering the contact number or email address and a match is found, the match screen now uses the new UI format

For example, when adding a new applicant:

  • A prompt to enter the new contact’s phone number or email address is displayed

  • Phone number (or email address) entered matches a contact already in AgencyCloud

  • This contact match screen uses the new UI format
