This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

The works order screen has had the following updates in AgencyCloud 12.148:

Previous Manager column now titled Booked by

The column previously titled Manager has been changed to Booked by:

  • This change is to the title of the column to make it more accurate

  • The column has always displayed the name of who booked the works order
    (as set in the Booked By field on a works order)

Grid functions can be used to sort, group or filter by the person who booked the works order

Key Contact, Property Manager & Property Administrator columns can be added (where configured)

Extra columns can be added to the works order screen to show names of the following people:

All of the above roles are set in the Relationships panel on the lettings property record

Add new columns

From the works order screen:

  • Right-click over the column headings, select Pick columns and click More

  • Select from the new options: Key Contact, Prp. Manager Name & Prp. Admin Name (where available)

  • Prp. Manager Code & Prp. Admin Code can also be selected in addition/instead
    This shows the 3-digit code for the property manager/administrator

  • Click Accept

  • The new columns will be added to the far right side of the grid - click and drag the column headings to the desired position

  • Right-click over the column headings again and click Save grid layout

  • To sort the list, click the column heading

  • Click to the right of the column heading - depending on the column clicked, an option is offered to filter the works orders either by word or name, plus some columns offer the option to Group by…
