Email templates for properties can be generated in works orders

From the works order screen, generating a template email using the email shortcut buttons on the property and tenant panels now allows all templates to be used

Prior to this release, templates prefixed with Property. were not able to be used when sending a template email via the envelope icon on the Property or Tenant panel
The only option was to right-click Documents (top left) to generate an email (this method can still be used)

From this release, all templates can be used when sending a template email via the envelope icon on the Property or Tenant panel on a works order, regardless of whether the template is prefixed with toTen, toLld or Property.

From a works order:

  • On the Property or Tenant panel, click envelope icon to right of email address

  • Select Send template e-mail
