An agent who is a member of LONRES can:
- Upload properties from AgencyCloud to the LONRES portfolio
This gives external agents access to the property details; if it sells as a result of the external agent introduction, the external agent takes a proportion of the agent fee. - Import properties from the LONRES portfolio to AgencyCloud
This gives the agent access to external agents’ property details; allowing them to match the property to registered applicants in their Reapit database, along with carrying out other usual marketing practices.
If the property sells as a result of their introductions, the agent then takes a proportion of the external agent fee.
1. Uploading properties from AgencyCloud to LONRES When properties upload to LONRES will depend on configuration within Reapit upload settings - multiple options are available and settings will differ from client to client The following standard criteria needs to be included on the property record in Reapit:

2. Importing a property from LONRES to AgencyCloud After logging on to the LONRES website and finding a property to import, from the search results screen (i.e. before clicking to view the full property details):

Uploading to and importing from LONRES is only possible for agents who are members of LONRES and where the necessary configuration has been carried out by Reapit Support
