A contact record can be set up as restricted - when set with restricted access, this results in only the contact’s Key Contact being able to access it
Configuration options are available to either allow or prevent users from:
marking contacts as restricted
viewing contact records marked as restricted

1. Mark contact as restricted (where allowed) Where configuration allows, you may be able to mark a contact as restricted From contact:

2. Viewing a restricted contact record If attempting to view a restricted contact record where you are not their Key Contact

3. Viewing a restricted contact role record When viewing an applicant, tenancy, landlord or vendor screen that a restricted contact is associated with, their details will be masked where you are not their Key Contact Example

Unless configuration dictates otherwise, a restricted contact can only be viewed by the contact’s
Key Contact (set in the contact Relationships panel)
