Hints, tips & troubleshooting
- When an inspection has been booked directly in Inspection Express and a diary appointment does not exist within Reapit - the system will create and complete the corresponding Check In, Routine Inspection or Check Out appointment, based on the inspection type information that is downloaded from Inspection Express
- The report import and associated appointment housekeeping can be automated as a scheduled routine task. Reapit support can assist with this
- Reapit will only download inspections that are flagged as Finalised in the Inspection Express app
- The report download can take up to 15 minutes to complete, in some cases where there is a large payload to download, it may even seem unresponsive; this part of the process is highly dependent on your internet connection
