This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to the following regions: UK, APAC, UAE

A configuration option is available which prevents a property reaching exchange status when sales progression tasks have not been completed

To enable this configuration option, click here to contact Reapit Support

This configuration is dependent on use of the Advanced Sales Progression screen (shown in step 1 below)

1.  Complete sales progression milestones

From the Offers screen:

  • Select the relevant offer and click Sales progress
The Offer and Sales Progress screen is displayed

2. Attempting exchange when sales progression checks are incomplete

When sales progression checks are incomplete, changing the Property Status to Exchanged will result in the following:

  • A Information prompt will be displayed, click OK

Return to the sales progress screen and ensure the required options are complete

Dependent on the checks outstanding, it may be possible to change a property status to Exchanged but, on attempting to complete the Exchange wizard, the prompt above will be displayed again

3. Override option

Security configuration can be set-up for authorised users to override the sales progression check requirements (contact Reapit Support to request this)

When this override is in place:

  • Attempting the same process outlined in step 2 will display a prompt, click Yes to continue

When marking a property as exchanged with incomplete sales progression checks, this is flagged in the property journal against the Sales Status to Exchanged entry

  • No labels
