For clients with large databases and large volumes of archived data, they may find that when searching for applicant/property/contact records results in performance issues with their Reapit software.
To overcome this, a configuration option is available that switches off archive searching from the main menu by default. Archive searching will still be available, but only when a user chooses to do this.
Contact Reapit Support to enable.
