Valuation figures and fees discussed during a market appraisal is valuable information which should be recorded

This article outlines where these figures should be entered on the property record

1. Access property Financial screen

From the property record:

  • Click Financial
    (to right of Commission field)

    The Financial and Agency Information screen will be displayed


2. Enter valuation figures & fees

Enter thefollowing:

  • Recommended Price: the price you think it should be marketed at

  • Market Appraisal Price: the price you think it will sell for

  • Vendor Estimate Price: what your client’s expectation is

  • Total Company Selling Fee: enter the agreed fee

The valuation figures can be used to populate letters for future correspondence with the client and also ensure that pipeline figures are reported correctly when generating reports
