Two new configuration options are available for tasks. When enabled, a user is restricted from:
- Editing or deleting tasks
Once a task is sent, then no detail can be changed, the task becomes read-only and cannot be deleted
(When this configuration is not in use, tasks can be set-up to be edited/deleted by all users or just by the original author of the task only - you may also only be able to view tasks for your office) - Editing or deleting follow up notes on completed tasks
When a task is marked as completed, the follow-up notes will become read-only
