Call reminders are a useful tool to allow the setting of a reminder for any contact role

They also allow a reminder to be set for a contact without affecting the next call date already set on a property or applicant record

A call reminder can be created against any record, i.e. applicant, property/vendor, landlord, tenancy, company or contact


1. Create call reminder

In the Activity Feed section of a record: 

  • Click the (plus) icon

  • Select Create call reminder


2. Enter detail & save

  • Click Negotiator and select the same of the person to receive the call reminder

  • Set the Due date

  • Enter notes for the reminder in the field at the bottom

  • Click Save (top right)


3. Call reminder in Activity Feed & on Organiser

Call reminders are shown at the top of the Activity Feed (shaded yellow) and will remain there until marked as Completed, see next step

On the day the reminder is due, the reminder will appear in the Organiser Messages & Tasks panel - see step 5


4. Mark call reminder as completed from Activity Feed

From the Activity Feed:

  • Double-click call reminder

  • Click Complete

  • Enter notes and click Accept

    The notes will be added as a journal note and displayed in the Activity Feed for the record


4. Mark call reminder as completed from Organiser

On the day the call reminder is due, it will be displayed in the Organiser, Messages & Tasks panel for the user named on the reminder

From the Organiser:

  • Click to open the task

  • Click Mark as Completed

  • Enter notes and click Accept

    The notes will be added to the task as a follow up note and will be stored with the task in the journal
