Knowledge Base articles can now be searched from the main menu in Reapit Agency Cloud.


1. Access search option

From the main menu:

  • Click your name/office (top left)

  • Click into the Search documentation field

  • Enter search text and click the magnifying glass (or press enter on your keyboard)

    Up to 10 matching articles will be displayed


For Knowledge Base articles, both the article title and contents are searched

2. Search results

Matching articles are displayed

  • Click an article to view it

    This opens the article in a separate browser window


Once an article is selected, other relevant guides can be found:

  • Use the navigation pane on the left of your browser to view other articles
  • Use the Related articles  section at the bottom of the page (as seen in this article)
