A pre-acceptance offer checklist can be used on sales properties, meaning that an offer cannot be marked as accepted until all checks are marked as complete - this feature is outlined in more detail here

In AgencyCloud version 12.132, two updates are available for the pre-acceptance offer checklist feature:

  1. Pre-acceptance offer checks can be reported on
  2. Security configuration settings can be applied, meaning that selected checks can be carried out by selected/authorised users only

Both updates are explained below

1. Reporting on pre-acceptance offer checks

A sales offer report (via Power Reports) allows you to report on pre-acceptance offer checks

It is likely that you would first want to filter your report by criteria such as office, sales status etc. - therefore this instruction shows how to report using a property report with a linked offer report
(although it is also possible to run a sales offer report directly)

From the Power Reports screen:

  • Select Property Report and ensure Sales is selected

  • Build report as needed
e.g. you may wish to filter by Office and/or Sales Status

  • From the Linked Records section (click Show more) and select Offers

  • Click Pick Offer Criteria and select any offer criteria required, e.g. Status

  • From the Linked Records section, (click Show more) and select Pre-Acceptance Checks

  • Click Pick Pre-Acceptance Check Criteria and select the pre-acceptance offer check criteria required, e.g. Status, Predefined check name

  • Click Run Report

The report in this example will return properties from the current user's office currently For Sale or Under Offer, with an Offer Pending, where the pre-acceptance offer check for Mortgage AIP received is either set to Needed or Sent/Arranged

2. Security configuration settings

Security configuration settings can be applied to some/all pre-acceptance offer checks, meaning that selected checks can be carried out by selected/authorised users only

To enable security configuration on your pre-acceptance offer checks, click here to contact Reapit Support

  • In this example, security configuration is preventing the current user from amending the status of the Mortgage AIP received check
