A ‘last contacted’ date can be set on a renewal negotiation - when adding a renewal note a prompt to update the last contacted date is offered, plus when sending an email to a tenant, the date will be updated
When viewing the renewals list via the Manage Renewals screen, the last contacted date can be viewed and the list sorted/filtered by this date

3. Add & save Last Contacted Date column to the Manage Renewals screen From Organiser, Property Management panel:

4. Use the Last Contacted Date column in the Manage Renewals screen Grid functions can be used to sort or filter by last contacted date
