Power Reports for renewal negotiations can be added to an Organiser panel - this is possible from any Power Organiser panel where a category can be added, such as Property Management

When adding a category to a panel, a new Power Report can be created or a pre-saved one selected

1. Access panel setup

From Organiser panel:

  • Hover over panel heading

  • Click cog icon

2. Add category

From Pick categories to display section:

  • Click + New Category

From New Category screen:

  • In Data Source section, click Setup Power Report

  • When selecting Create new or Choose existing, the option to create/select a Renewal negotiation report type is offered

3. Select Renewal negotiation report type

When creating a new report:

  • Click Create new and select Renewal Negotiations as the report type

  • Build your renewal negotiations Power Report

When adding a pre-saved report:

  • Click Create new and select Renewal Negotiations as the report type

  • Select the required report and click Accept

4. Display & sharing options

  • Category name: enter the name of the category how it should appear in the panel

  • Sort results by: click drop down menu for options on how to sort the category results

  • Sharing options - default is for the new category not to be shared
    If wanting to make the category available to other users, click Do not share and choose to share with Everyone, selected Offices or selected Negotiators

  • Click Save

5. Category option added to panel

The new category is added at the bottom of the list:

  • Tick new category
    * indicates a category has been manually added

  • Click tick icon in panel header to save panel setup

Clicking to the right of the category in this list displays a cog, click this for options to edit/delete the category from the list

6. New category added

The new category is added to the panel and is displayed at the bottom of the list
